Production Automation

APAGCoSyst specializes in production automation and dedicated manufacturing lines/tool development for component assemblies in housings or with complex molded shapes. We also develop test equipment, including in-circuit testing and functional testing, for all of our products.

As your go-to EMS provider, we have designed and manufactured automated production lines capable of high-volume production in-house. In addition, we have a design team that creates custom production lines in an independent manufacturing plant dedicated to the manufacturing of production lines independent of our plant for customer products. This allows us to produce complex components and custom assemblies in any quantity.

We also have extensive testing capabilities to validate the quality and functionality of components manufactured on our automation production lines, which aids in proper quality management.
